	OUR ASSOCIATIONS
			Women in Facilities Management Women in Facilities Management (WiFM) group, is a Sydney based group of over 400 members which regularly meets to network and share on a range of issues in facilities, change and property management. Kirsten Smith is the Chair and one of the co-founders of WiFM since its inception 10 years ago. WIFM's monthly events typically include information sessions, panel discussions, presentations and site tours. Recent topics have included building sustainability, Activity Based Working environments, tours of Green Star rated buildings, and regulatory changes to building guidelines.		Members come from a wide range of organisations including people from small design studios and consultancies, to government departments and large financial institutions. We take great pride that we have members from all levels of business who are facilities managers, designers, architects, sustainability managers, building managers, students, property and procurement managers. Anyone working or interested in facilities management is welcome to join so long as they have something to contribute to the conversation.
